OUR RESTAURANT

'Pulpería'

Los Sobrinos del Padre, the oldest ‘pulpería’ in Santiago de Compostela, is placed on the ground floor of our hostel. With more than 130 years of history we serve more than 300 people a day who come to eat our famous ‘pulpo a la gallega’ (Galician style octopus) as well as some other dishes: ‘bacalao a la gallega’ (Galician style cod); Spanish omelette with homemade ‘chorizo’ (Spanish pork sausage) and ‘zorza’ (Galician style marinade pork); Galician broth; tripe; garlic prawns…
